Position Overview:
- You’re not just standing at the door—you’re controlling the first impression and protecting the environment inside.
- Deliver a high-level guest experience from the moment they arrive.
- Maintain awareness of the room and prevent issues before they start.
- Handle situations calmly, professionally, and with control.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong presence, confident communication, and professionalism.
- Good judgment and the ability to read people quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Focus on guest experience and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check IDs, and manage guest entry.
- Set the tone—welcoming, polished, and in control.
- Monitor the environment and address issues early.
- De-escalate situations with professionalism and respect.
- Escort entertainers safely to their vehicles at end of shift.
- Maintain overall venue standards and appearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
- Strong awareness (sight and hearing).
- Clean, professional appearance.
