What You’ll Own:
This role is about control, execution, and results.
- Oversee all nightly operations and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Lead bartenders, servers, and security with clarity and accountability.
- Manage the flow of the room—energy, service speed, and guest experience.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally without disrupting the environment.
- Ensure all policies and standards are executed consistently.
- Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and operational needs.
