Position Overview:

You’re not just standing at the door—you’re controlling the first impression and protecting the environment inside.
Deliver a high-level guest experience from the moment they arrive.
Maintain awareness of the room and prevent issues before they start.
Handle situations calmly, professionally, and with control.

What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, check IDs, and manage guest entry.
Set the tone—welcoming, polished, and in control.
Monitor the environment and address issues early.
De-escalate situations with professionalism and respect.
Escort entertainers safely to their vehicles at end of shift.
Maintain overall venue standards and appearance.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
Strong awareness (sight and hearing).
Clean, professional appearance.
